THE STORY
Jeff worked as a customer support rep at FMG Suite, handling tickets every day inside a CRM ticketing system. He watched skills-based routing sit completely unused because nobody had time to manually tag every agent and keep those tags current. Tickets kept landing on the wrong people.
Later, as a Business Systems Optimization Specialist at Eastern Utah Disaster LLC, he saw how one small change in the right tool could relieve employee strain, improve team culture, and make an entire operation run better without adding headcount. That became the philosophy.
When Jeff discovered that Zendesk had already built a routing engine but left the tagging step manual, the solution was clear. We just needed to fill the gap, ServeTech automates the one step nobody gets around to doing.

Jeff is finishing his MBA in Technology Management at Utah Valley University, graduating August 2026. He holds a BBA in Business Management with a minor in Finance from UVU. He is a Registered Scrum Master and Registered Product Owner through Scrum Inc. Before ServeTech, he worked as a Market Research Assistant at the SBDC in Orem, helping entrepreneurs validate business models and secure funding. He is also supported by a multitude of advisors and mentors he hopes to share here soon.
